Founded in 2011, Devon took on the journey of starting his own business in real estate. Having been so young at the time it was difficult to provide proof of concept that this 21 year old should be the one to sell your most prized asset. That did not hold him back. He took on sales coaching with the best the industry offers and learned that perhaps by "cold calling" he would be able to first impress prospective clients prior to meeting. It provided much success. His first listing was 1,100,000. At that time a very expensive real estate price. All from making a call. He then was hired by that sellers neighbour. So on the journey went.
By the end of year 1 Devon was awarded the sales award for being withing the top 25% of all Royal LePage Canada Realtors. A shocking success for a 21 year old. He participated as President in the Young Realtors of Canada group and for the next decade his platform grew to the top 6% of Royal LePage Canada Realtors. He has also taken on secondary education as a Certified Negotiation Expert Designation and Accredited Seniors Agent for assisting seniors with complicated relocations.
When not working Devon likes to be with family, edit and create videos, play piano and try out new and exciting restaurants.

Although things were moving aong with certain steady dynamic, the road itself was sometimes stressful, even unfair I would say. However, that had nothing to do with you; as a matter of fact, you actually saved the situation more than once by utilizing all the resources you have at your disposal.

Devon Loftus helped us find our first home together back in 2014, when we were ready to sell in 2016, he was there once again to help us sell our property and found us our dream home!
When we started the process of selling our home we had no idea of all the things that went into it. We were a bit overwhelmed with all the work it was going to take to make sure we received the profit from our home that we had hoped for. Devon took the pressure off of us by being extremely supportive during the process and was open and able to answer any questions we had. He was patient and helpful throughout the whole process and was very knowledgeable on what it took to sell a home successfully which gave us much comfort in the otherwise potentially stressful process.
Devon had many connections to different resources to get our home ready to sell. He arranged for the inside of our house to be cleaned professionally, had organized landscapers to clean up the gardens and the outside of the home, Devon staged our house for viewings by bringing various materials to make the house stand out. Devon also got an amazing photographer to capture pictures and create a video of our house to put online for potential buyers to view, which we found was a great asset to having our house stand out on the market.
Devon hosted our open house for two days, he put signs up around the neighborhood and handled the open house with professionalism, he was able to attract a wide variety of people to attend the open house which ended up having a great turnout and feedback on the house was a great success.
Devon sold our home within a week, over asking and it exceeded our expectations of what we ever thought we could sell for.
Both times that we worked with Devon he was always professional with us as well as all other individuals that he came in contact with during the process. Devon was helpful, knowledgeable and always available whenever we needed him. Any questions we had throughout the process Devon was always happy, available and eager to help!
